A More Perfect World

In a more perfect world, there would be little need for Rescue, private or structured.
Every person would have done careful research into breed and breeder, before
making the decision to purchase a dog.

In a more perfect world, the law and the individual, would see animals as more than
property. Every dog would have a soft bed in a warm home, excellent food and
inexpensive medical care.

In a more perfect world, there would be no puppy mills or animal shelters. Every
breeding would have been meticulously planned and every puppy would have been
spoken for, long before its birth.

In a more perfect world, every dog would have ten safe acres, on which to run.
Every owner would set apart some quality time each day to train and socialize
and play with their dogs.

In a more perfect world, there would be no cruelty, fighting or abandonment. Every
owner would look into the eyes of a dog and see a soul. Every dog would look into
the eyes of a person and see a friend.

In a more perfect world, every dog would be a Heart Dog to someone.
