Swimming is my MOST FAVORITE thing to do in
the whole wide world (well - eating is pretty cool too)!
I'm lucky enough to have a pool right in my backyard.

Pool rest break

Cathy said it was time for a rest break, so I thought I'd catch a few rays on the deck.

Enough with the rest breaks already! It's time to swim for another couple of hours.

Basketball in the pool

Whoever dreamt up playing basketball in the pool is a genius!
It doesn't get any better than this.

Pool construction

This last summer we had a new pool built because the old one died over
the winter. Here you can see me supervising the work site. When those guys
finally finished the job, the summer was more than half gone! I tried making up
for lost time all on opening day though and ended up spraining my tail! I don't know
what was worse, a sprained tail or the or the cortisone shot afterward.
