1997 Guestbook, part 2
"Hi Otis. Do you remember me, my name is Chili. I live just north of you in Massachusetts. Well
I had my dad come back, because he put MY picture and the rest of our family on the webpage.
Could you get your mom to link our page here -
http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Hills/4342/.
Talk to you later Otis. Chili and the Long River Gang" - P.B. (8-23-97)
"I love your pictures. I want to bring Creme Brulee to play in your pool. I bet she would dig
Jake. She is only 3 weeks old. I can't wait to bring her home! Great work, great looking dogs."
- G.L. (8-13-97)
"(What I like best...) It's a toss-up... the cute Labs are terrific, but the stories are wonderful too.
It is GREAT!! You have two VERY cute yellow fellas there. If you would link
'The Nightwind Gang'
to your site, that would be nice. Haley, Sass, Riley & the 'notorious' Tori girl send
their best labraslurps to all of you." - P.L. (8-11-97)
"(What I like best...) I like the pictures and the fact that you have a pool. My mom got me and
my sister a little pool, but yours is better. I LOVE your page! My mom and I had a lot of fun.
Come see our page -
http://www.island.net/~greghea/griffin.html -
it's really cool!" - G (8-1-97)
"(What I like best...) All of it! I have a yellow Otis. He is a big boy too. We just rescued a female
black lab while on vacation. Her name is Ginger. They really enjoyed your Web Page. They
are wanting a web page now. :)" - C.H. (7-31-97)
"(What I like best...) Loved the pictures. Great work." - BF (7-28-97)
"(What I like best...) You seem to love labs alot. If you could add to your guest book the following
url:
http://www.acmepet.com/club/bboard/fur/messages/6813.html,
this is for the Long Island Labrador Retriever Rescue. This is a non-profit registered organization.
They are having a photo contest for labs to raise moneys for needed operations and medical care
for rescued homeless labs. There is an entry form at the url, that lab owners can print out. Please
help these labs, thanks." - K (7-17-97)
"(What I like best...) The pictures of your dogs and the hyperlinks - a wonderful and
professional job! We can tell you truly love your dawgs. My beautiful yellow lab, Sierra, was
surfing on the 'net' and could not believe his good fortune in finding your doghouse. He is a
1 1/2 year old lab who looks very similar to Otis. Would you like a picture of Sierra? Except
he won't stay still long enough to be photographed." - B & S.O. & S (7-12-97)
The Yellow Boys say: "Sure - e-mail Cathy
a picture and we'll add it to our photo album. We love having new friends - both the 'net'
kind and the 'up-close and sniffable' kind!"
"(What I like best...) Your true love of dogs, your sensitivity, and best of all, your variety. And
I love Otis, Jake and all their friends! We have two adorable Lab girls in our family: Komi, a
lovely chocolate who has blessed us with her love for 11 years, and our beautiful new black
baby, Phoenix, who is just 12 weeks old. We are totally enjoying puppyhood, and Komi is
teaching Phoenix all her great tricks. I am loving all the great Lab info on the net! Yours is
one of the best sites yet. Thanks." - N.T. (7-8-97)
The Yellow Boys say: "Thanks for your nice
comments! We think our 'doghouse' is pretty cool too. Have fun with your new 'Labrababy'!"
I love labs, especially yellow ones! And I love seeing pictures of them as well. We have a 5 month
old yellow lab named 'Ranger' and I love to see what he'll look like when he's all grown up! He
has an older sister 'Notar' who is a 4 year old Rottweiler, and we even have her fetching sticks
and balls since Ranger came to our family. We don't have kids yet, but believe me it sure seems
like we do!" - K.J. (7-2-97)
"(What I like best...) At first glance it's like a toddler in a candy shop - hard to make a choice! Meg
and Merri (Dad's a Yankee!) send greetings to your guys. (In Labspeak, of course.) Mum Jess
says 'Hi', too." - D.C. (6-13-97)
"(What I like best...) all of it 100% Hello, my name is Chip Chip and I'm a black-tailed prairie dog
from La Porte, Indiana,USA. My new homepage is up at: Chip Chip's Little Block on the Web -
http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Meadows/2274/index.html.
My Site is a personal one about all kinds of animals, my internet friends, and my own praire dog
adventures. Please stop by and see me and my 5 canine brothers and sisters in my photo album.
Oh yes I have a kitty named Salem also.
Yip! Yip! Yahoo! Chip Chip - You have a great homepage!!!!
P.S. Two of my canine brothers are Labs you can see them in my family photo's." - B.M. & CC
(6-8-97)
"You've got a great page! Please come visit our lab, Poko!" - K (5-23-97)
The Yellow Boys say: "We'd love to visit - send
us that URL and we'll get you added to our 'Backyard Buddies'!"
"I have a Labrador, big like Otis. He's special - a guide dog in training. I loved looking at this
page - very interesting! Great job." - C.F. (5-20-97)
"(What I like best...) The pictures are fantastic. We have three beautiful female Labrator Retrievers.
One of each color. We are wanting to raise pups, but haven't found a suitable stud. Wish you
weren't so far away. Thank you for the beautiful pix." - J (5-18-97)
"My name is Reggie. I'm a baby yellow lab. My humans have a website with a very handsome
picture of me. They also linked to your Web Page if you don't mind. If you'd like to see our Web
Page, the URL is
http://pw2.netcom.com/~ltdan1/webpage.html.
I hope you like it." - R (5-11-97)
"Hello Otis and Jake! My name is Pixelle and I'm a miniature American Eskimo. Well, I'm not born
*yet* but I'm due in June. I'd like to have dog friends across the cyberspace, so if you want, you
can email me and my future owners will be glad to answer your letter. I don't have pictures of me,
but I do have a picture of my mummy
(http://www.webnet.qc.ca/chiens/esk/esk2.jpg).
Well... woof woof (good bye)!" - MC & PD (5-11-97)
"I really liked the stories and poems, even though they made me cry and miss my old dog. This
page is really great. I love to come here and read about other people's experiences w/ their
dogs." - H (5-3-97)
"I love the pictures and the obvious sense of humor and love that abounds at this site! Otis, your
site is wonderful! Booger the chocolate service dog here. My partner Linda laughed and cried
while really enjoying your site. Keep up the great work! Please think about adding links to rescue
organizations and service dog organizations to your links. We live in Texas and we envy your
4 seasons. Take care." - L & B (5-3-97)
The Yellow Boys say: "Please send us any links
you think should be added and we'll see what we can do!"
"I loved all the photos, they made a terrific album. I liked all the other dog links too. I too have
just ventured into the world of web pages, so I am impressed with the amount of work. It was
especially nice to have met you. I can't make Monday's obedience until after the coming week,
but hope to see you Wednesday. Can I add your link to my page??" - L.S. (5-3-97)
The Yellow Boys say: "We'd be honored if you'd
add a link to our Doghouse. Please let us know when your page is up and we'll make sure the
doghousemaster adds a link to it in our Backyard!"
